Rowing Instructors
We are always looking for instructors with Rowing or Sports backgrounds to instruct at our studio. We feel it's essential for the instructor to understand the demands of an athlete and effectively instruct/advise our patrons in proper techniques for maximum results.
Requirements:

Must have a minimum of one year of rowing experience

Outgoing and enthusiastic people

Have good communication skills

Have a strong ability of time management
Studio Manager
The Studio Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the studio, maintaining the overall experience for clients, as well as supervising staff, and ensuring multiple departments run smoothly. The Studio Manager is the central hub of the studio, assuring all pieces are accounted for and connected. They work in partnership with other managers as well as the corporate team, to ensure consistency and targets are met. A successful candidate in the Studio Manager role is passionate about health and wellness, loves to lead alongside a team, is able to work with teams locally and remotely, and thrives in a fast-paced people-filled setting
Requirements:

Must have a minimum of one year of rowing experience

Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields

Must have a minimum of 2 year of studio managment experience

Be familiar with CRM Tools (Mailchimp, Classpass, Mindboy, etc.)

Have a strong ability of multiple tasks solving
